This wonderful house in Bend sits on 3 acres and feels private due to the surrounding trees and small neighborhood. The home is located just 1 mile off Hwy 97. Although we are mere minutes from restaurants and shops, you'll feels like you're in the country. Mt. Bachelor is 35 mins away. Hoodoo Ski Resort 45 mins away. Smith Rock 28 mins away. ORV Trail Heads 15-25 mins away. Deschutes River 10mins away. Pine Nursery Park/Disk Golf 5mins away. Golf Courses less than 10 mins away. Mountain biking trails 5 mins away.

We have several strict policies. Please review before booking. Failure to comply will result in $100 fine: 1. No more than 6 cars allowed on premises per group 2. Absolutely NO exterior loud noises, such as Radios, Bands, Broadcasting, etc...ALL Quiet is after 10PM, and any outdoor activities MUST come inside. 3. NO wandering to neighboring properties, respect the property boundaries.
